Ducts Systems

Efficient Airflow for Industrial Excellence

At AMCS, we focus on designing, manufacturing, and installing high-quality duct systems. Our goal is to ensure efficient air movement and ventilation in industrial facilities. Our ducts deliver clean air, remove contaminants, and support pollution control equipment like scrubbers, blowers, and filters.

Whether you need air supply, exhaust, or fume extraction, our ducting solutions are tailored to meet your industry’s specific needs.

Our Duct Solutions

1. GI (Galvanized Iron) Ducts

GI ducts are durable and resistant to corrosion, making them ideal for ventilation and general HVAC systems. They are cost-effective and long-lasting. Their smooth surface minimizes airflow resistance, making them perfect for clean environments such as pharmaceuticals and food processing.

2. MS (Mild Steel) Ducts

Heavy-duty MS ducts are built for high-temperature or abrasive applications. They offer high strength and durability and can be made with protective coatings to extend their life. These ducts are commonly used in cement plants, steel industries, and power plants.

3. FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Ducts

FRP ducts are lightweight yet highly resistant to corrosion and chemicals, making them ideal for chemical industries and environments dealing with corrosive gases. They have excellent chemical resistance and require low maintenance, offering a long service life. They are suitable for fertilizer, chemical, and petrochemical plants.

4. SS (Stainless Steel) Ducts

SS ducts provide high quality for industries that require hygienic and corrosion-proof systems. They resist rust and contamination and are easy to clean and maintain. They are preferred in pharmaceutical and food-grade industries.

Applications of Our Ducting Systems

Our ducts are used across a wide range of industries, including:

  • Air Pollution Control Systems: Connecting scrubbers, bag filters, and blowers.
  • Fume Extraction Systems: Safely removing harmful gases.
  • HVAC & Ventilation: Maintaining airflow and temperature control.
  • Dust Collection Systems: Handling industrial dust and particles.
  • Industrial Exhaust Systems: Safely releasing treated air.

Dampers

Precision Control for Airflow and Pollution Systems

At AMCS, we make high-performance industrial dampers that regulate, control, and isolate airflow in industrial ventilation and air pollution control systems. Dampers are vital for optimizing system efficiency, protecting equipment, and ensuring safe plant operations.

Our dampers are custom-made to endure high temperatures, abrasive particles, and corrosive environments, making them perfect for power plants, cement industries, chemical plants, and heavy industries.

Types of Dampers We Offer

1. Butterfly Dampers

These dampers are great for on-off and flow control applications. They use a rotating circular blade to regulate airflow.

  • Compact design for tight spaces.
  • Cost-effective and simple to operate.
  • Ideal for low-pressure and medium-pressure systems.

Applications: HVAC systems, industrial ventilation, and fume extraction systems

2. Guillotine Dampers

Guillotine dampers are used for complete isolation. They have a sliding gate mechanism that blocks airflow fully.

  • Provides zero-leakage isolation.
  • Withstands high temperatures and abrasive dust.
  • Ideal for maintenance shutdowns and safety.

Applications: Cement plants, steel industries, and pollution control systems.

3. Multi-Louver Dampers

Multi-louver dampers allow for precise airflow control. They have multiple blades for even air distribution.

  • Smooth operation with low torque needs.
  • Can handle large air volumes.
  • Available with manual or motorized actuators.

Applications: Bag filters, scrubbers, and dust collection systems.

4. Backdraft Dampers

Backdraft dampers stop reverse airflow. They protect equipment and maintain proper ventilation direction.

  • Operate automatically using airflow pressure.
  • Reduce energy loss and system damage.
  • Designed to be maintenance-free and reliable.

Applications: Industrial exhaust and HVAC systems.

5. High-Temperature Dampers

These dampers are made with heat-resistant materials for extreme temperature settings.

  • Operate efficiently under continuous heat.
  • Highly durable with minimal warping.

Applications: Power plants, incinerators, and thermal process industries.

  Key Features of AMCS Dampers

  • Heavy-duty construction for industrial-grade performance.
  • Available with manual, pneumatic, or electric actuators.

Grills

Grills are vent covers installed at the end of air ducts to supply or return air in a room. They help control the direction and flow of air while maintaining safety by preventing foreign objects from entering the ducts.

Diffuser

A diffuser is a device found in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems that distributes conditioned air evenly in a space. It is installed at the end of the ductwork, usually on the ceiling or wall. This device helps control the direction and flow of air, ensuring good air mixing and comfort.

Functions of a Diffuser:

  • Even Air Distribution, spreads the air uniformly across the room.
  • Noise Reduction, lessens noise from high-speed air coming from ducts.
  • Airflow Control, directs air in specific patterns to prevent drafts.
  • Aesthetic Finish, gives a clean, finished look to the duct outlet.

Jet Nozzles in HVAC Systems

A jet nozzle is a special air distribution device used in HVAC systems to move air over long distances at high speed. These nozzles are often found in large spaces like airports, auditoriums, factories, malls, and sports complexes, where regular diffusers or grilles do not provide adequate air flow.

Jet nozzles are usually circular and allow for directional control of the air stream, which ensures precise airflow targeting.

Functions of Jet Nozzles:

  • Long-Distance Air Throw
  • These are great for areas with high ceilings or large open spaces.
  • Directional Airflow Control
  • The adjustable design lets you direct air where it’s needed.
  • High Air Velocity with Low Noise
  • They are designed to reduce turbulence and noise.
  • Improved Ventilation Efficiency
  • They help ensure that conditioned air reaches distant areas evenly.
